Q: How far in advance do I have to order?

A: You will receive an email when ordering is available for the upcoming box (Approximately 6 weeks in advance). Ordering will stay live until the boxes for that quarter are sold out

Q: Will I automatically be billed for each box when I subscribe?

A: No. You will need to purchase each box individually.  

Q: How many products will I get in my subscription box?

A: You will get 6-8 products in your subscription box.  

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order.  After 48 hours no cancellations will be available.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds will not be given.  

Q: What if product in my box arrives damaged or is defective?

A: Please contact us ASAP and we will arrange for immediate replacement of the damaged product.
